Key Responsibilities
- Data Management:
- Gather, collate, and prepare documents and materials for data entry.
- Input and update data in digital databases while ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct research to complete missing information in documents or materials.
- Database Maintenance:
- Perform regular database updates, backups, and monitoring.
- Review databases for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain and organize digital and paper filing systems.
- Document Handling:
- Create digital documents from paper records or dictation.
- Review all documents for accuracy, flagging inconsistencies to supervisors.
- Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and related documents.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform clerical duties, including scanning, filing, and printing.
- Monitor office supplies and report replenishment needs.
