Description

Join Global Payments, a leader in innovative payment technology solutions, as a Fraud Analyst. In this entry-level role, you will play a critical part in protecting our customers by investigating potential credit card fraud cases and ensuring the security of transactions. This is a remote position for candidates based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze credit card account activity to detect and investigate potential fraud.
  • Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to gather details about suspicious transactions.
  • Document findings thoroughly to support ongoing investigations.
  • Handle 25+ account inquiries per hour, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist with processing lost or stolen credit card reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts.
  • Process credit card replacement orders and shipping requests.
  • Develop foundational skills in identifying fraudulent activity through training, research, and guidance from experienced team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of recent contact center or work-from-home contact center experience within the last 18 months.
  • Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends.
  • Comfortable being on camera during working hours for collaboration and supervision.
  • Bilingual Spanish required; bilingual candidates receive a 20% language differential, increasing hourly pay from $15.00 to $18.00.

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures to routine tasks.
  • Works well in structured environments with limited decision-making required but can adapt to occasional deviations.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working under close supervision with clear instructions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $15.00 per hour (plus 20% differential for bilingual Spanish candidates, equating to $18.00 per hour).
    This is an entry-level role, and pay is non-negotiable.

Qualifications
