Key Responsibilities
• Client Consultations: Work with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Booking and Coordination: Plan and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities to create seamless travel experiences.
• Supplier Liaison: Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations, secure upgrades, and handle special requests.
• Lead Generation: Use marketing strategies and networking to attract new clients and grow your business.
• Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service throughout the booking process.
• Upselling Opportunities: Recommend additional travel packages, tours, or premium options to enhance client experiences.

Sales Responsibility
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
