Key Responsibilities:

  • Raw Material Procurement: Identify and secure essential raw materials such as meat, poultry, vitamins, and packaging for our premium pet food recipes.
  • Supplier Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing. Attend industry conferences to enhance these relationships.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured ingredients meet our stringent quality standards through thorough verification processes.
  • Purchase Order Management: Accurately generate and manage purchase orders to facilitate smooth production processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and finance teams to maintain seamless operational workflows.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, improve cost efficiency, and refine purchasing strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all procurement practices comply with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
