Local Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative III to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and provide tailored solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our system accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Consistently meet performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
