The main responsibility is to provide a first-class customer service experience in a timely manner and provide resolution to our clients inquiries and concerns as well as work alongside them to create a personalized experience. We are looking for someone that has creativity, passion and likes to interact with people.

Basic qualifications:

Availability to work from home and/or in person
High school diploma
Willingness to work weekends if needed
Industry experience is a plus but not a requirement, we provide training

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
