As we expand our operations, we’re looking to grow our team of professionals with a new addition to the Remote Customer Service team.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Account Representative to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting clients throughout the occupational medicine management process. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service or patient care, demonstrating a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and clinics to secure medical surveillance records.
  • Maintain effective communication and provide high-quality customer service to clients and clinic staff.
  • Manage the submission of medical and substance abuse testing records, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound communication.
  • Monitor laboratory results and collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely submission of x-rays, addressing any issues with vendors as needed.
  • Issue employee letters following client protocols, paying close attention to service dates and logging.
  • Keep track of employee DOT documents and cards, ensuring all expiration dates are up to date.
  • Schedule employee physicals and coordinate onsite medical surveillance services as necessary.
  • Provide training to new clients on occupational medicine and substance abuse testing processes.
  • Review and verify invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Foster positive relationships with clinics, vendors, and other key stakeholders, including ordering supplies when required.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
