As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have the best experience possible. Whether it’s over the phone, via chat, or email, you’ll make a real difference in customers’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries via chat and email.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by following company procedures.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain customer accounts by updating details and information as needed.
  • Work efficiently in a remote environment with provided tools and resources.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required—training is provided!

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
