Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on customer concerns to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets for customer satisfaction and resolution times.

Qualifications
