Your Role:

As a Remote Travel Representative, you will be the go-to expert for travelers, helping them plan, book, and manage their trips. Your goal is to create seamless and stress-free travel experiences by providing top-notch customer support and travel expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Client Support & Consultation

  • Provide expert travel advice on destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities
  • Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and tours
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

🔹 Problem Resolution

  • Address and resolve issues related to bookings, cancellations, and disruptions
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and offer appropriate solutions

🔹 Travel Itinerary Management

  • Create personalized travel itineraries tailored to client preferences
  • Modify and update bookings as needed

🔹 Booking & Payments

  • Process travel transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide clear explanations of payment options, travel insurance, and refund policies

🔹 Customer Education & Recommendations

  • Educate clients on visa requirements, health/safety regulations, and baggage policies
  • Recommend travel packages, promotions, and loyalty programs

🔹 Database & Record Management

  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Education: High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or travel-related roles (preferred but not required)
✔ Tech Savvy: Familiarity with travel booking systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus!
✔ Skills:

  • Strong communication & problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task & manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office & travel industry software

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
