Description

We are actively seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team on a four-month remote contract. This position presents an excellent opportunity to enhance your data management skills while contributing significantly to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Efficiently oversee and update logistics data for designated vendors.
  • Accurately identify and address delivery or vendor-related challenges with professionalism.
  • Maintain proactive communication with vendors, resolving issues and modifying schedules as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to rectify any inaccuracies in merchant data.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary for effective resolution.
  • Gather item-level data from merchants, ensuring alignment with our internal catalog for consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications
