Required Skills

  • Typing Proficiency:
    • Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Proficiency:

  • Customer Service Experience:
