SMS Management Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This fully remote role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your recruiting skills while supporting our clients in the healthcare industry. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a key role in connecting qualified healthcare professionals with top organizations in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare positions, including nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to fully understand their needs and expectations.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Create and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants and job postings using recruitment databases and systems.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • A strong interest in healthcare recruitment and staffing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous recruitment or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
