Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telemarketing Representative to promote and sell our insurance products over the phone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, explaining the benefits of our insurance offerings, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients
  • Present and explain the features of various insurance products
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Schedule appointments for insurance agents
  • Follow up on leads and answer any client inquiries
  • Maintain a database of contacted clients and update information regularly
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (insurance industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
  • A clear, professional phone presence
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and services preferred
  • Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and making high volumes of calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
