Join our dynamic legal team as a Litigation Support Specialist and contribute to critical litigation processes. Reporting directly to the Managing Attorney, you will perform advanced legal research, draft essential legal documents, and ensure meticulous preparation for all phases of litigation. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage trial preparations, collaborate effectively with attorneys and experts, and maintain impeccable attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda of law.
- Review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege.
- Act as the primary liaison between trial attorneys, experts, and client staff.
- Prepare witnesses for trial testimonies with precision and professionalism.
- Manage courtroom presentations and utilize courtroom technology effectively.
- Perform quality control analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in eDiscovery processes and manage multiple litigation tasks.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- Proven leadership on litigation support teams, particularly for trial preparation.
- Significant courtroom experience, including managing presentations and leveraging courtroom technology.
- Comprehensive understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and associated billing systems.
- Coursework or experience in law and healthcare is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in eDiscovery tools, legal research platforms (e.g., LEXIS, Westlaw), and document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills to thrive in deadline-driven and fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with accuracy and efficiency in task execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, client-focused attitude.

Qualifications
