Position Overview

Steward Health Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Remote RN Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, coordinate, and manage patient care remotely, ensuring optimal health outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient-centered care in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
