Role Overview
As a Remote Travel Coordinator, you will assist our clients in planning, booking, and coordinating their travel itineraries from the comfort of your own home. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure all logistics are handled with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
  • Research, plan, and recommend tailored travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, and activities
  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel-related services
  • Provide clients with detailed itineraries and ensure all bookings are confirmed and accurate
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support before, during, and after their travels
  • Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry news
  • Manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail and deadlines

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
