Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior People Experience Partner to lead cultural transformation in our remote-first, global environment. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in dynamic settings and embraces challenges as opportunities for growth. You will drive engagement, well-being, and innovation, fostering a people-first culture that supports high-performance teams and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
- Lead monthly meetings with area leaders and quarterly sessions with VPs.
- Provide HR guidance on policy interpretation and application.
- Develop and implement people programs in collaboration with HR departments.
- Analyze metrics to identify trends and develop actionable solutions.
- Drive performance management processes across cycles.
- Champion employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
- Partner with centers of excellence to design and execute organizational changes.
- Create and implement strategic talent management programs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in People & Culture.
- Proven expertise in HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) functions.
- Experience in compensation, performance management, and talent development.
- Track record of working with C-Level executives.
- Knowledge of employee/labor relations and leadership coaching.
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile frameworks (a plus).
- Experience supporting US employees (a plus).
- Advanced English proficiency.

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
