WHAT DO YOU DO:
• Source and screen candidates using different sourcing platforms – job-boards, social media & digital media
• Handle end-to-end recruitment Process for Senior IT Roles
• Keep yourself updated about the technical know-how prevalent in the industry across all IT technologies.
• Achieve daily/monthly onboarding targets
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments/trends about Talent Innovation per the post covid /new normal.
• Participate in networking activities, user group meetings and develop relationships with Talent Innovators.
Requirements
YOU:
• Need to work in Night Shifts
• Have 5 + years experience in US IT Contract Staffing/Recruitment on W2
• Have exp in Sourcing, ATS, Have Recruiting Automation expertise using a combination of Video, Email, Phone, Text.
• Have experience in Java, UI, Data Engineers, Agile Consultants, BA & PM Roles.
• Have proven relationships and people management skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Have experience with engaging/Interviewing prospects on Video (Zoom etc)
• Have experience in research at all levels using Internet search sites, search engines, referrals, networking, and postings
