We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Project Manager with a Solution Architect mindset to lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-wide IT transformation projects. This role is ideal for professionals with 10+ years of experience, including hands-on delivery in large-scale transformation initiatives, and a solid consulting background at a leading global firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini, etc.).
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met with technically sound, scalable, and future-proof solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems strategically, and drive results will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of large IT transformation programs involving application modernization, cloud migration, platform implementation, and enterprise integrations.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business leads to design and validate technical solutions that meet business needs.
Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with strategic goals.
Lead project planning, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation activities across multi-vendor environments.
Provide architectural input during design sessions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security are embedded in delivery.
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Mentor team members and ensure delivery excellence using industry-standard methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Support client engagements from a consultative perspective, adding strategic value beyond project execution.
