Job Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer on our Pricing team, you will drive the development of distributed back-end solutions, leveraging microservices, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures. Collaborating with a highly skilled and cross-functional team, you’ll design and deliver innovative technology solutions that support our athletes and teammates.

In this role, you'll combine technical expertise with a collaborative mindset to create transformational experiences for our customers while enjoying a flexible remote work environment enhanced by virtual and in-person team-building events.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

  • Analyze, design, and develop fast, secure, and reliable software to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate on user stories and provide seamless support for evolving products.
  • Innovate with cloud technologies, microservices, and container-based solutions.

Software Maintenance

  • Diagnose and resolve complex software defects.
  • Ensure robust functionality through performance tuning and monitoring.

Design and Conceptualization

  • Prototype and develop multiple concepts to enhance digital products and services.

Technical Leadership

  • Mentor junior teammates and foster knowledge sharing.
  • Lead discussions on technical standards and best practices.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Contribute to a positive, dynamic, and innovative team culture.

What You’ll Need

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in web technologies (JSON, HTML, CSS preprocessors).
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, and Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks and methodologies (unit testing, test coverage).
  • Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development and git-based version control.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
