We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Remote Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with travel arrangements, provide expert advice on destinations, and handle any issues that arise during their journeys. Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create compelling content and manage the online community to attract and retain followers.
Travel Booking & Coordination:
- Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
- Ensure all travel plans meet client preferences and expectations.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Data Entry & Record Management:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Travel Advisory:
- Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options.
Problem Solving:
- Handle and resolve any travel issues, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or the travel industry.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
