Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, chat, or email with inquiries about flight schedules, reservations, and general customer service
- Provide solutions to any issues or concerns that customers may have
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards while adhering to Southwest Airlines' core values
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism and a friendly demeanor

Qualifications
