Position Type: Full-time/Part-time (Remote)

Salary Range: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Southwest Airlines teams, including data entry, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with customer inquiries via email, chat, and other online platforms, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain and organize digital records and documentation.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and assist with agenda preparation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct basic research and compile reports as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
