We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team for a part-time data entry role. This remote position involves working with data related to Toyota, where you'll be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in various databases and systems.

As a Toyota Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data into the system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Updating and verifying records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correct.
  • Reviewing data for any inconsistencies and correcting errors as necessary.
  • Following data entry guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth data management processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or related fields is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and/or other data management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in the United States with reliable internet access.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible part-time hours, typically 15-20 hours per week.
  • Ability to set your own schedule within agreed-upon deadlines.
