About the Role
As a TurboTax Product Expert, you'll assist users with tax-related questions, provide expert guidance on TurboTax software, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You'll be part of a supportive, remote team environment where your expertise makes a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support to TurboTax users through chat, phone, or video.
- Explain complex tax concepts in a simplified manner to users with varying levels of tax knowledge.
- Resolve product or technical issues, ensuring users maximize the benefits of TurboTax.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and software features.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
