Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Data Entry Specialists. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring the smooth operation of UPS’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and verify data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain and update customer information, shipping details, and other records.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or clarify information.
  • Follow company policies to ensure confidentiality and data security.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using computers, including typing and basic software skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required – we provide training!

Requirements:

  • Computer or laptop meeting basic technical requirements (provided upon hiring).
  • Must be 18 years or older.
