Job Description:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by handling inquiries related to shipping, tracking, deliveries, and other UPS services. You’ll provide support through phone, email, and chat platforms, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects UPS’s commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding shipping rates, tracking, delivery issues, and other UPS services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with remote working tools (email, chat, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries at once.
  • Must be a U.S. resident and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
