Position Overview:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, package tracking, billing issues, and more. You will provide a positive experience by delivering accurate, timely, and efficient service in a friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with package tracking, shipping solutions, billing inquiries, and general questions about UPS services.
  • Provide problem resolution by troubleshooting issues and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication skills while working independently.

Schedule:

  • Part-time positions available.
  • Flexible hours (up to 25 hours per week).
