UPS is seeking a dedicated and skilled UPS Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and operation of UPS systems. You will work with a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of UPS systems, including batteries, rectifiers, and inverters.
  • Identify, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical failures.
  • Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Document service reports and maintain records of repairs and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve system performance.
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
