🔍 Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled EB-5 Paralegal with hands-on experience in e-immigration software to join our growing remote team.
The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of EB-5 visa processes, investor documentation, and USCIS compliance requirements.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Draft and review EB-5 immigration petitions (I-526, I-829, etc.)
✅ Prepare and organize supporting documentation for filings
✅ Manage and track client data using e-immigration software
✅ Collaborate with attorneys and clients to gather necessary details
✅ Ensure timely and accurate submissions in line with USCIS standards
