What You'll Do

As the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Leap Brands' future. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Leap Brands' vision and growth goals.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team to deliver measurable results.
  • Brand Management: Strengthen our brand identity and drive consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Growth Marketing: Implement data-driven strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Digital Innovation: Leverage cutting-edge digital tools and platforms to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to align efforts and achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
