Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Customer Service Representatives. As a member of Wayfair's customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with orders, returns, and product inquiries. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
