Responsibilities

  • The role supports the Amazon portfolio in multiple program initiatives between the client (Amazon) and SYF. Focus will be to relentlessly drive initiatives to advance credit penetration in Amazon’s retail ecosystem
  • This role is part of the Amazon client development team but will work closely with business leaders across Synchrony to develop and implement improvements to the customer experience as well as increase credit sales penetration within Amazon’s array of businesses
  • Exemplify strong Product Management skill set to drive product enhancements and capability builds
  • Drive project management of key growth initiatives within the multi product nature of the portfolio
  • Ability to manage through both scaled agile and waterfall environments to get the projects to the finish line
  • Collaborate cross functionally to move projects forward to completion
  • Balance business acumen with technical requirements to communicate effectively across different business units – both internal and external
  • Utilize the internal teams’ strengths to delegate roles where necessary to promote mentorship within the group
  • Ability to evaluate the processes as an outsider to provide fresh perspective and to identify operational risks
  • Monitor and communicate project updates and opportunities to both client team and SYF leadership
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
