We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager/Business Development Manager to expand our presence in commercial and government staffing. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through successful staffing proposals and contract acquisitions.

About the Role:

  • Location: Saltlake Sector V
  • Shift: On-site & Night shift only
  • Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Main Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Pursuits: Identify and pursue federal/state/commercial staffing contract opportunities through market research and proactive engagement.
  2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officials and agency/customer decision-makers.
  3. RFP/RFQ Management: Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs/RFQs, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  4. Opportunity Tracking: Track upcoming government solicitations/commercial opportunities, and develop strategies to secure new contracts.
  5. Teaming Partnerships: Identify teaming partners and subcontracting opportunities for competitive proposals.
  6. Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract award.
  7. Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS/CRM tools

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of proven success and experience in business development/account management in US federal/state/commercial staffing

Proven track record in winning US staffing contracts and managing client relationships

Strong understanding of government/commercial procurement processes, contract vehicles, and compliance requirements

Experience with proposal writing, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
